Be sure to leave an appreciative note thanking each user for their positive review. Equally importantly, never fail to respond to a negative review. Make sure that all your responses are calm and polite. Be honest and open about any issues they might be facing and the measures you are taking to fix them. With some effort and a bit of luck, a user can sometimes be persuaded to go back and amend the negative review to a positive one.
